Guidelines For Contribution

If you are interested in submitting your work, here are our guidelines:

• Songbird Lane is open to all artists. 
• It was decided the blog is open to the following genres: poetry, essays, short stories, articles, artwork, photos, paintings, and sketches. 
• Images must be submitted via .jpg format. Size limits are restricted to Blogspot requirements.
• To submit your work, send it via email (not an attachment) to 305songbirdlane at gmail.com.
• If you are submitting artwork, put "Artwork" or "Photography" in the subject line. If you have a title for it, please include the title in the body of the email.
• If you are submitting writing, put "Writing for Blog: (Genre you've written in)".
  For example, "Writing for Blog: Poem"If you have a title for it, please include the title in the body of the email.

We ask that your work remains politically neutral, so no political images or works will be accepted. Art that is hateful, slanderous, or discriminating will not be accepted, either. Content such as violence, nudity, cursing, or otherwise mature material will be restricted within reason.
